Privacy Policy

Grade Edge LLC operates gradeedge.net and the Grade Edge mobile applications. For any privacy question, contact gradeedgellc@gmail.com.

• Account information — your email address, and a display name if you provide one. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive a customer identifier, subscription status and billing period. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Discord information — if you choose to connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID so we can add you to the server and manage your role. We do not read your messages.
• Usage data — saved searches, watchlisted cards, and counts of searches performed, so the product works and so we can enforce plan limits.
• Technical data — standard request logs including IP address and browser or device type, used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or health data. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks.

• To create and operate your account and sign you in
• To process your subscription and manage billing
• To provide the features you use, including saved cards and search history
• To grant and remove your Discord role based on membership status
• To protect the service from abuse and enforce our terms
• To respond to your support requests

We may send you service emails about your account, billing or security. These are not marketing and are part of operating the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us run Grade Edge:

• Supabase — authentication and account records
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Cloudflare — hosting, application infrastructure and data storage
• Discord — only if you choose to connect your account

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our systems, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or accounting reasons — for example, Stripe retains payment records as required by financial regulation.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will action any valid request within a reasonable time and free of charge.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

We use HTTPS everywhere, store credentials with our authentication provider rather than in our own database, and keep API keys as encrypted secrets. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Grade Edge is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
