Grade Edge LLC operates Grade Edge (gradeedge.net) and the Grade Edge mobile applications: a sports card and Pokémon card analytics tool that provides estimated price data, population and gem rate figures, margin calculations, and grading opportunity insights compiled from publicly available third-party sources.

We are a data and analytics tool. We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, appraiser, or grading company. Nothing on this website or in our applications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, an appraisal, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or grade any specific card or asset.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSA, Professional Sports Authenticator, Collectors Universe, BGS, Beckett, CGC, SGC, eBay, TCGplayer, PriceCharting, GemRate, Topps, Panini, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any card manufacturer, marketplace, or grading service. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the data shown.

Every number shown in Grade Edge — raw prices, PSA 9 and PSA 10 prices, spreads, ROI, gem rates and population counts — is an estimate derived from third-party data. They are not guaranteed sale prices, appraisals, offers, or market valuations.

• Prices are compiled from public marketplace and price-guide data and may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or out of date.
• Population and gem rate figures are historical statistics reflecting cards already submitted and graded. They say nothing about your specific copy.
• Margins and ROI are arithmetic on those estimates. They do not account for every cost you will actually incur.
• Data may be missing entirely for some cards, sets, parallels, or players, and matching between data sources is automated and may be imperfect.
• All figures update as source data changes and may move significantly between sessions.

Always verify current prices on eBay, TCGplayer, or another marketplace, and verify population data directly with the grading company, before making any purchasing decision.

Gem rates describe how a population of previously submitted cards has historically graded. Your specific card may grade differently, and grading standards and turnaround times change over time.

You should personally inspect every card before submitting it for grading. Grade Edge accepts no responsibility for cards that do not achieve a PSA 10 or any particular grade, or for grading fees spent on cards that grade lower than you hoped.

Margins shown in Grade Edge are pre-grading estimates. Your actual profit or loss will depend on:

• The grading tier you select and its fee
• Shipping, insurance and supplies both ways
• Marketplace and payment processing fees (typically 12–15%)
• The actual grade your card receives
• Market conditions at the time you sell
• Turnaround time, opportunity cost, and applicable taxes

Use the grading cost and seller fee settings to model net profit, but always run your own numbers before purchasing. Tax treatment of card sales is your responsibility; we do not provide tax advice.

Grade Edge is a starting point for research, not a final answer. Before buying any card for grading purposes, we strongly recommend:

• Physically inspecting the card under bright light for surface issues, scratches and print defects
• Checking current sold listings yourself — not just our estimates
• Reviewing the current population report for that specific card and parallel
• Considering current grading turnaround times and their effect on your capital
• Understanding that card markets can shift quickly and past results do not predict future results

Grade Edge offers a paid membership. By starting a membership you agree to the following:

• New members may be offered a 1-week free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the membership automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• The subscription is $10 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices may change on notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or terminate access if it is not resolved.
• Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for periods in which you did not use the service.

If you purchase through a mobile app store, that store's billing and refund policies may also apply.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to: share or resell your account or access; scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-export data from the service; use bots or automated tools against it; resell, redistribute or republish our data; reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits or payment; or use the service unlawfully or in a way that burdens or disrupts it.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our discretion and without refund.

Membership may include access to a private Discord community. That community is subject to its own rules and to Discord's terms of service. Content posted there by members and staff is opinion and discussion, not advice, and is not endorsed or verified by Grade Edge LLC. We may remove content or revoke community access at any time.

Price, population and gem rate data is compiled from publicly available third-party sources, which may include eBay, TCGplayer, PriceCharting, SportsCardsPro, GemRate, PSA population reports and similar services. Grade Edge LLC does not own, control, verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of this third-party data.

Those sources may change, restrict, delay or discontinue their data at any time, which may cause parts of the service to be inaccurate or unavailable. We are not liable for any such change or interruption.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime, third-party outages, and data gaps are expected parts of a tool built on external sources.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRADE EDGE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no warranty that any data shown is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose, or that use of the service will be profitable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grade Edge LLC and its owners, members and agents from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Grade Edge name, logo, interface, original content and compiled analytics are the property of Grade Edge LLC. Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it does not permit republishing or reselling our data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

Grade Edge LLC may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
